Flourishing in the Age of AI: A One-Day Deep Dive
AI is moving faster than your organization's ability to adapt. Spend one day with the people building the frameworks to close that gap — before it closes on you.
AI is not a distant force reshaping work and life — it is already here, moving faster than most organizations can absorb. This one-day summit brings together a small, curated group of leaders to answer the question that matters most right now: what does it take for people and organizations to flourish inside that shift, rather than be flattened by it?
The morning is a guided check-in on personal flourishing and organizational flourishing blueprints — a working session, not a lecture. The afternoon turns to three practitioners who have spent their careers at the intersection of exponential technology, human flourishing science, and organizational culture, for a deep dive into what AI means for how people work, lead, and thrive.

Coming back in 2027 by popular demand!
The April 2026 Executive Flourishing Forum brought together leaders from Denver and beyond for a landmark day focused on flourishing at work - both on the individual and organizational levels. Attendees learned about the science behind human flourishing and explored the Flourishing Work Alliance's Flourishing At Work Survey and Organizational Flourishing Blueprint Framework. In addition, they heard about the cutting-edge work from Thrive Restaurant Group’s Matt Burchett (Head of Strategy and Social Impact) and about their approach to promoting flourishing with their employees and in the communities where they work. The day closed with a fireside chat with world renowned human flourishing expert Dr. Matt Lee (Professor at Baylor and Researcher at Harvard).
The Forum participants confirmed what the Flourishing Work Alliance set out to prove: flourishing is not a wellbeing add-on, it is a strategic advantage and a measurable driver of organizational performance.
