Executive Flourishing Forum | Denver, April 29, 2026
In today’s demanding world, it’s not enough for workplaces to simply function – we believe they need to flourish. The Executive Flourishing Forum invites leaders to move beyond traditional wellbeing initiatives and reimagine flourishing as a strategic advantage and a true measure of organizational success.
This special event is co-hosted by the FW Alliance and Happiness Squad, and facilitated by LuminUS. Join CEOs Eleanor Allen, Ashish Kothari and Annyse Balkwill for a guided journey of self-discovery and practical roadmapping toward organizational flourishing. The Forum is grounded in the Flourishing Work Alliance’s Organizational Flourishing Blueprint Framework, informed by leading research from Harvard and Baylor, and strengthened by LuminUS’s decade of experience transforming workplaces into flourishing organizations. Human flourishing expert Matt Lee, professor at Baylor and Researcher at Harvard, will be a special guest speaker at the event.
