Flourishing at Work Survey

The Flourishing Work Alliance has developed a short 16-question pulse survey for individuals based on the seven domains of flourishing at work described on the Science page (link to the page). If you would like information on how to use the survey to measure flourishing at work on an individual or organizational basis, please contact us.

Organizational Flourishing Framework

The Organizational Flourishing Framework was co-created (and is co-owned) by the Flourishing Work Alliance and the World Flourishing Organization (WFO). The framework assesses how well an organization integrates holistic flourishing principles across its operations. It provides a point-in-time organizational assessment based on the assessor’s responses. The results guide organizational leaders in developing a flourishing blueprint, steering their journey toward greater flourishing.

The FW Alliance/WFO Organizational Flourishing Framework is designed around five structural elements of organizational flourishing:

  1. Impact
  2. Culture
  3. Systems
  4. Relationships
  5. Foundation

There are dozens of elements in the framework that help create a flourishing organization that align with the five structural elements. The journey of any organization is continuous. Development of an Organizational Flourishing Blueprint is the main outcome of our Executive Flourishing Blueprint Program, and the program curriculum is based on the Blueprint Framework.

Pathway to Flourishing - Services

The Flourishing Work Alliance offers a stepwise way to improve organizational flourishing. There are three steps in the process:

1. Flourishing Framework Baseline Assessment

A package that includes access to the Organizational Flourishing Framework Baseline Assessment plus two 60-minute coaching sessions (before and after completion of the Baseline Assessment).

2. Flourishing Blueprint + Journey Recognition

After the Baseline Assessment, organizations may develop an Organizational Flourishing Blueprint using the FW Alliance’s template. They will also receive two 60-minute coaching sessions (one before and one after completion of the Blueprint). Participating organizations receive a “Committed to Flourishing” badge and are formally recognized by the FW Alliance for their intention and commitment to improving organizational flourishing.

3. Flourishing Continuum Coaching and Advisory Services

After completion of steps 2 and 3, additional 1:1 coaching is available as well as more comprehensive advisory services. These services are bespoke and will be customized to the needs of each client with a unique proposal.
