January 12, 2026 (Denver, CO) — At a time when employee engagement is at historic lows and burnout and quiet quitting continue to rise, organizations are searching for a new model of work. Building on the success of its 2025 Executive Flourishing Blueprint Program, the Flourishing Work Alliance today announced an expanded slate of 2026 programming designed to help leaders and organizations build flourishing workplaces. Aligned with its mission to advance the flourishing at work movement, the Flourishing Work Alliance will offer four core pathways—programs, events, tools and advisory services, and membership—to support meaningful, sustainable change at work.
