Our Purpose
The Flourishing Work Alliance exists to catalyze a shared movement toward flourishing work. We bring together employers, leaders, practitioners, and ecosystem partners to align around common definitions, credible practices, practical tools, and meaningful collective action.
By coordinating efforts across sectors, industries, and geographies, we reduce fragmentation and amplify what works. Through shared learning, evidence-based approaches, and collaboration, we accelerate the adoption of flourishing as a core principle of how work is designed, led, and experienced.
Together, we are shifting flourishing from the exception to the expectation so that work can be a force for human dignity, organizational excellence, and societal well-being.
