Certified Flourishing Professional Program
Overview
If you are a practitioner, the Flourishing Professional Program track is your pathway to becoming a catalyst for positive change using the principles and practices of flourishing.
The first course we are offering, in coordination with our partner DISCO, is Flourishing Professional Level 1 – Introduction to Practice Lab. This is a cohort learning opportunity with virtual workshops and peer learning sessions (coaching circles). Upon completion of the program, you will be recognized as a Flourishing Work Alliance Certified Flourishing Professional Level 1.
Getting Equipped to Lead
The Flourishing Professional - Introduction to Practice Lab is designed to equip you to lead the way to flourishing for your clients and within your organizations. Tailored for consultants, coaches, leaders, and organizational experts, this program will give you the tools to help you achieve meaningful and sustainable impact through the implementation of flourishing principles and practices. You’ll explore frameworks and practical tools rooted in the latest science-backed research so you can guide others with confidence, empathy, and expertise.
Gaining Strategic Tools
This immersive program goes beyond conventional development by teaching you how to measure flourishing, interpret behavioral patterns, and design organisation systems to strategically cultivate environments where individuals and teams thrive. Workshop 2 - Aligning
Strategic and cultural alignment; creating an organizational flourishing blueprint; adaptive leadership and change management
Workshop 3 - Designing
Designing the future state; relational intelligence and facilitation; stakeholder engagement
Workshop 4 - Implementing
Roadmapping and storytelling; sensemaking and data insights
Workshop 5 - Measuring Impact
Purpose, meaning, and ethics; practitioner mastery; meta reflection
Who Should Apply
This program is intended for internal leaders (Chief HR Officers or Chief People Officers), executive coaches, independent consultants, or any change maker who plays a central role in delivering training and guidance on organizational culture. The cohort will develop a toolkit of principles and best practices and is intentionally curated to be cross-industry.
