Certified Flourishing Executive Program

Overview

This six-month, fully virtual program is designed for senior leaders who want to engage with leading-edge research on human flourishing developed at Baylor University and Harvard University and through the Global Flourishing Study and translate those insights into practical workplace application. Participants are guided through a structured curriculum that culminates in the creation of an organizational blueprint grounded in the Flourishing Work Alliance’s Organizational Flourishing Framework.

In addition to the academic and strategic components, the program emphasizes intentional reflection and personal development. Participants commit to approximately 90 minutes per month in full-cohort virtual sessions, along with 60 minutes per month in facilitated small-group discussions. By the conclusion of the program, participants will have developed both a personalized flourishing blueprint and a tailored blueprint for organizational flourishing. Graduates are certified as Flourishing Work Alliance Flourishing Executives.
