Alliance Membership

Becoming a member of the Flourishing Work Alliance gives you the opportunity to join a global coalition of leading organizations, executives, practitioners, scientists, entrepreneurs, and changemakers dedicated to advancing the shared goal of flourishing at work. Together, we learn from one another, support one another, and share best practices to accelerate the flourishing-at-work movement.

There are three ways to join:

Individual Membership

Individual members can participate in virtual webinars featuring curated topics, with dedicated time for both learning and discussion. Membership also includes a 10% discount on Flourishing Work Alliance events and programs.

  • Webinars: 60 minutes
  • Schedule: Second and fourth Thursday of every month at 11:00 AM ET
  • Start date: March 12, 2026 (note that April 9 is moved to April 16)
  • Members will receive an email with a sign-up link for each webinar topic.

Individual members pay a one-time membership fee, followed by a monthly subscription fee, which may be canceled at any time. Individual membership is not transferable once purchased.

Organizational Membership

Organizations may join at the organizational level. This membership includes three seats for employees to participate in the virtual webinars offered to individual members (see above).

In addition, organizational members are invited to a quarterly, members-only roundtable with other organizational members. Membership also includes a 10% discount on Flourishing Work Alliance events and programs.

  • Quarterly roundtables: 90 minutes
  • Schedule: First Tuesday of second month of every quarter at 11:00 AM ET
  • Start date: May 5, 2026

Organizational members pay a one-time membership fee, followed by an annual subscription fee, which may be canceled at any time. Individual membership seats are not transferable once purchased.

Ecosystem Partner Membership

Service providers may apply to become Ecosystem Partners of the Flourishing Work Alliance, contributing their expertise and knowledge to advance the flourishing-at-work movement. There is a flat fee to become an Ecosystem Partner once accepted.

Applications should clearly demonstrate how the organization will support learning and connection within the broader FW Alliance community and help grow the flourishing-at-work movement. Ecosystem Partners are expected to engage in opportunities to co-create offerings with the FW Alliance for individual and organizational members.

Ecosystem Partners also participate in a quarterly roundtable to contribute insights, expertise, and perspectives to FW Alliance initiatives. Membership includes a 10% discount on Flourishing Work Alliance events and programs.

  • Quarterly roundtables: 90 minutes
  • Schedule: Fourth Tuesday of every quarter at 11:00 AM ET
  • Start date: June 23, 2026

Ecosystem Partner membership includes a one-time membership fee and is granted for an initial 12-month term. Membership may be renewed or transitioned by mutual agreement, depending on the commercial relationship between the Ecosystem Partner and the Flourishing Work Alliance.
