<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>July 9, 2025</strong>  – Today’s workplaces face a productivity crisis. Only 21% of employees are engaged, burnout rates are at an all-time high, and there’s massive value left on the table – to the tune of up to $9.6 trillion globally, or 9% of GDP, according to Gallup. In response, the World Flourishing Organization (WFO) has launched their flagship Executive Flourishing Blueprint Program, guiding leaders to build flourishing organizations.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">This Program goes beyond a focus on wellbeing and engagement. Backed by science, measurement, and fundamentally transformative actions, executives will design a blueprint for enhancing their organizational flourishing, with the goal of boosting productivity, igniting innovation, and delivering sustainable growth.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The Blueprint Program will be delivered by renowned experts from around the globe, including researchers from Harvard and Baylor Universities, strategic alignment practitioners from Australia, and WFO leadership. The first cohort includes senior leaders from a wide range of industries, locations, and roles.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">“Our goal is to guide executives to chart the course for their organization’s flourishing journey, creating a place where Monday mornings energize employees instead of draining them, where the best people stay, and the best prospects want in.” said Eleanor Allen, CEO of the WFO</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">This 6-month program draws upon research, tools and frameworks and combines expert insights, peer learning, and practical application to ensure executives leave with actionable strategies. A key benefit for participants will be developing a strong peer network through collaborative problem solving, group learning and experience sharing.</p>

On April 30, Gallup HQ will unveil the first year results of the Global Flourishing Study, the largest and most rigorous research effort of its kind. Backed by Harvard University and Baylor University, this event marks a pivotal moment for understanding the science behind human flourishing and its impact on work. WFO CEO Eleanor Allen will join Professors Tyler VanderWeele, Byron Johnson, and Matt Lee to explore how flourishing is being activated at scale, with implications for global policy and workplace culture. “Our goal is to make flourishing practical, measurable, and scalable—so every organization can unlock the full potential of their people and achieve peak performance,” said Eleanor Allen, CEO of the WFO.</p>

In 2024, it fell from 23% to 21%, costing an estimated $438 billion in lost productivity. Europe and MENA remain lowest at 13% and 14%. Business as usual won’t fix it; a new standard built on flourishing is needed.</p>
